The City of O’Fallon’s Turf Soccer Field Complex facility included additions of 7 new premier synthetic turf soccer fields with LED lighting, 640 new parking spaces, over 1.5 miles of 10-foot wide concrete paths, centrally located restroom/storage building, and other amenities.  In 2016, the City’s park consultant determined the project budget to be $13 million with a completion date of March 2018. The City’s available funding was $9.5 million and they desired the project be completed in time for the 2017 fall tournaments.  With Millennia as the lead consultant and project manager, the project was completed and open for use on October 5, 2017 for $9.3 million.
